Business Developer

Join our dynamic team as a Business Developer with an annual salary of £25,000 - £28,000. Your primary goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth by effectively communicating the value of our Time & Attendance Products.

Key Activities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to introduce our company and services, generating interest.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential businesses that could benefit from our products & services.

  • Providing Information: Clearly communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our Time & Attendance Products.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested prospects to discuss our products/services with the sales team.

  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team for a smooth transition of qualified leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various marketing outreach, social media, mailshots, and similar campaigns.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in Business Development, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. IT literacy and familiarity with CRM software are a plus. Enjoy a work-life balance with no more than 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Benefits include a company pension, free on-site parking, and the option to work from home.
