Business Change Manager- Public Sector

We are currently hiring for a business Change Manager with experience working in Device Refresh programmes to join one of our Consultancy clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid- 2 days a week on site in Milton Keynes

Responsibilities:

• Creating business and communication plans
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, client group, sponsor and project/programme to ensure that the change is well understood and communicated to achieve successful outcome.
• Creating transition plans
• Creating and distributing the communication/literature specific to the projects.
• Co-ordinating/hosting of Town Halls to the affected user base.

Experience:

• Experience working on Device/ Network refresh programmes
• Experience delivering business change on a large scale
• Commercial Awareness
• Consultancy or business transformation experience and skills
