Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus
Contract: Permanent 
Hours: Full time

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst and working closely with Business Transformation team and our Project Managers, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT delivery partner, getting involved in diverse range of change initiatives across the wider business.
Your role will primarily be to help identify change needs in respect of allocated projects, and assess the impact of those changes by capturing, analysing, and documenting As Is / To Be models, functional and non-functional requirements and testing requirements.

About you
•    You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and have experience working in a project or business change environment.
•    You’re able to demonstratable ability to quickly understand & evaluate business requirements to translate into logical and thorough documentation.
•    You have demonstratable experience of delivering change.
•    You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, and suppliers.
