Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, primarily responsible for managing the setup and facilitation of "The Digital Board - EQ/IQ Assessment," a leadership assessment product aimed at evaluating Senior IT leaders against a predetermined set of leadership competencies and behaviours.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving insightful feedback reports that enable better leadership development among Senior IT leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end setup and configuration of "The companies - EQ/IQ Assessment" tool.
  • Develop and maintain standardised procedures for assessment administration, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Editing and personalising the assessment tool for each client
    • Creating online forms and ensuring teams complete their assessment
    • Setting up initial calls and 1-2-1 assessment and feedback sessions
    • Feeding data into excel to create charts
    • Creating additional graphics in Canva & Adobe Express
  • Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards or presentations to present assessment insights effectively.
  • Translating findings into clear and concise reports using platforms such as Adobe, Canva, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues.
  • Facilitate communication with participants, providing guidance on assessment completion and resolving queries promptly.
  • Monitor participant progress, ensuring timely completion of assessments and addressing any barriers to engagement.
  • Aggregate data from various assessment sources, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of assessment results, identifying trends and patterns within leadership competencies.
  • Write up findings from 1-2-1 interviews and feedback sessions to be integrated into reports.
  • Design comprehensive feedback reports, combining data from the assessment platform and other tools like Adobe, Tableau, and Canva.
  • Harness our proprietary AI assessment methodology within feedback reports.
  • Ensure feedback reports are seamlessly integrated with our Global Resource Library.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on assessment processes and reporting formats, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assessment methodologies, processes, and data handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies in handling assessment data.

We are a small company, yet we work with some of the world’s most admired brands including: Walgreens Boots Alliance, BP, HSBC, Avon Products and Reckitt Benckiser. They trust us to deliver across a wide spectrum of their business challenges. These challenges can be wide and varied but are always at the highest levels of seniority in these organisations (from their Board, CEO and Executive Leadership teams).

In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, you will also be expected to assist the team across other areas of the business such as:

  • Website and content management
  • Weekly outreach / marketing to our members’ network (in conjunction with the team)
  • Working with external creative teams and partners
  • Assist operations team with the production/organisation of our in-house podcast.
  • General office management
  • Assist with organising and scheduling meetings with clients
  • Aiding with relevant travel arrangements
  • Assist with management of the CEO's diary and movements
  • Working alongside research team to create/organise reports
  • Assist research team with creation of articles/other thought pieces.
  • Creating presentations
  • Organising update calls and candidate interviews
  • Proofreading briefs and reports
  • Creating Digital Board CVs
  • Booking candidate travel when necessary
  • Assist with candidate qualification calls
  • Ensuring client/candidate database (Invenias) is kept up to date.

  • Relationship Management Expertise: Capable of fostering and managing professional relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating a cordial and amenable attitude.
  • Proficiency in Tools and Platforms: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Qualtrics platform, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud products, and LinkedIn.
  • Drafting, Writing, and Research Skills: Competent in producing high-quality written content, conducting research, and drafting reports.

Required experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Ideally some experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Adobe, Tableau, Canva, etc.
