Business Analyst - Workday - Banking

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Investment Bank as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have operations, testing and gap analysis experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the integration of an acquired company onto our client's systems. Your typical day will involve attending workshops with various stakeholders, performing gap analysis, ensuring deadlines are met, supporting UAT processes, participating in data conversion validations, and representing HR Operations at relevant project meetings. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to connect effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

• Attend workshops with project team, integration partners, vendors, noting actions for HR Operations
• Perform gap analysis between current and future states
• Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by developing and executing test cases and reporting results
• Participate in data conversion validations
• Support Senior Manager HR Operations by attending and representing HR Operations at all relevant project meetings to track minutes, actions and outcomes

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience with Workday - understanding of how business process works and downstream impacts to other applications
• Advanced Excel skills - required for tracking project progress and for data validation and UAT
• Experience with Human Resources Operations and payroll activities
• Knowledge or experience in integrating an acquisition onto existing systems would be ideal
• UK payroll operations knowledge/experience would be beneficial
• Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or ADP iHCM would be advantageous
