A top financial services firm in Oxford that has an excellent reputation in Oxfordshire and beyond. Due to continued expansion, the company is looking for a Business Administrator to join in a very busy hands-on role.

Your new role
As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be providing administrative support across all their departments, managing, and updating their internal databases to ensure accurate and accessible information. You will contribute to the planning and coordination of internal and external events. You will be welcoming visitors, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a positive and professional front-facing image for the firm. You will have the chance to manage initial telephone contact with clients and suppliers, supporting them with the onboarding process and ensuring their queries are directed to the appropriate departments and providing outstanding customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have office experience in a similar administrative role and be looking to gain experience within a professional services environment. This role will be busy so you will need good coordination skills as well as good communication skills as you will deal day to day with staff internally but also with external clients.
