REED Business Support is supporting an established organisation in South Tyneside with the recruitment of a Business Administrator. This role is an 8 month FTC until the end of 2024.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing all round administrative support to the Senior Management team
  • Switchboard management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Setting up meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes when required
  • Typing up letters, documents etc

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience (recent) working in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and able to manage workloads effectively
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

This role is fully office based.
