Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Business Administrator in Warrington.

As a Business Administrator you will need to provide general and administrative support to the existing teams such as the scheduling Team or Field Engineers.

Job Purpose

To provide general and administrative support to teams, projects and work groups within spares and logistics Delivery. This includes preparing documents, purchasing equipment/goods/services, processing commercial payments via SAP, managing office requirements. This may also include updating corporate systems and databases.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP (can be trained)
  • Proven administrative background.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) in particular knowledge of V Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas etc in Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint (can be trained)
  • Customer focused and service driven.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Location: Mere Business Park, Lingley Green Avenue, Great Sankey, Lingley, WA5 3LP.
  • Contract: 6 months
  • Hourly pay rate: PAYE £13.57 per hour
  • Shift: 37 hours per week
  • Start date: ASAP
