Building Surveyor

A global, renowned consultancy is seeking a dedicated Building Surveyor to join their growing team, based in Surrey.

The Building Surveyors' Role

In this role, the Building Surveyor will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. You will be involved in the scoping and delivery of asset maintenance projects, such as roof replacements, fabric improvements, external decorations, and internal repair works.

The successful Building Surveyor will also handle contract administration, cost management, budget estimates, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring comprehensive oversight and successful project execution.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
• MRICS ideally or working towards APC progression.
• Consultancy background.
• Experience across a vairety of professional and project instructions.
• Good communication - Both written and verbal.
• Dedicated and self motivated, with ability to manage own workload.
