Exciting Role on offer for a Building Surveyor looking to join a market leading property consultancy, where you will work on technically interesting projects whilst working for a well-respected company that will support your career progression through to director level

Established for quarter of a decade this property consultancy is a specialist in providing advisory solutions to a range of commercial and residential clients. They have ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years and a huge pipeline of work. They are now looking at bringing on a Building Surveyor for their Bristol office to help with these growth plans.

In this role you will be both in the office and site based in ad around Bristol area. You will carry out a range of different building surveying services for both new and existing clients of the business. The role also enables you to specialise in a particular aspect of surveying which interests you the most. You will join an already strong team of surveyors allowing you to work alongside highly qualified members of the team to ensure the project is always completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Building Surveyor with experience in property surveying and maintenance and is looking for a long-term career. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and looking to play a key role in their surveying team.

• Building Surveyor
• Office and site based (Full UK license required)
