My client an award-winning construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor based at their Medway office.

Working with public and private sector clients carrying out traditional building surveying and project management across their portfolio of clients commercial and residential some to include schools, local authority, education, conservation and property development.

Key duties

• Undertaking refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000.

• Manage traditional and D&B new build and refurbishment projects

• Client management

• Contract administration

• Preparing tender packages

• Conducting a variety of different building surveys

• Setting an example and assisting junior team members

Ideally you will be proficient in using AutoCAD and have or working towards a chartered qualification (RICS or CIOB).

Salary 50 - 57k + some great benefits
