Our client, an independent construction Consultancy based in Nottingham are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. They provide a full range of project management, cost consultancy and building surveying services. They have a mixture of works available which includes projects in the commercial, residential, education and industrial sectors. As they have recently agreed new contracts, they are looking to expand their building surveying team.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

Building Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Building Surveying
  • 4-5 years of experience
  • Wide variety of building surveying experience
  • Based locally or within commuting distance to Nottingham
Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £35k - £45k (Guide only - DOE)
  • Company pension
  • Holiday allowance
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Further benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
