Building Surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them in their Birmingham office. The Building Surveyor will be working on; dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work; contract administration, project management= and specification writing. This particular client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering clients; Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying and Principal Designer services across a broad range of commercial sectors firm minor works to major development projects ranging from £1 million to £100 million. • Salary: £30k - £50k DOE

• Minimum of 2 years' building surveying experience
• Hold a relevant qualification
• Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
• Full driving licence
• Able to work on a hybrid basis in Birmingham
