Job Title: Building Surveyor

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Contractor in the Northwest to recruit for a Surveyor on a temporary basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Surveyor on Damp and Mould within Social Housing.

The duties will include:

  • Complete full property damp and mould assessments in tenanted properties
  • Conduct a condition survey in order to establish the condition of the residence
  • Complete inspections & reports per day
  • Complete post inspection on larger jobs 
  • Survey properties to assess whether damage or issues were caused by damp and mould 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Damp & mould inspection experience within social housing
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
