Our client is a leading regional chartered surveyor, they offer a full spectrum of skills in all areas of property, from all aspects of general practice and building surveying, right through to the management of commercial and residential property. Specialist areas include dispute resolution, development consultancy, valuation, lease consultancy, business rates negotiation, amongst others.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the Bristol team the role offers a level of autonomy, supported by a larger overall regional team. Workload will be diverse, which the successful candidate will be able to manage themselves day to day as well as carrying out Business Development activities to continue building their own network and future workload.  It is expected the workload to be reasonably broad and include surveys, project monitoring, schedules of condition and planned maintenance surveys. Work is carried out for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals through to regional and National.

Management responsibilities are an option for the right candidate, if of interest. The role would be suitable for individuals seeking career progression opportunities.

Hybrid working policy already in place

For this role candidates must have a Building Surveying RICS accredited degree. Candidates should be able to show a track record of carrying out the types of work required.
