Due to continued growth, an award-winning, multi-skilled property consultancy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Building Surveyor to join the team in their contemporary Bristol office!
The successful Building Surveyor will hold a relevant degree in construction and a solid career history as a Building Surveyor, ideally gained within a similar consultancy environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and be confident in your ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and other team members. The ideal candidate will be a professional member of a recognised institution (i.e. MRICS or MCIOB).
The role offers a level of autonomy, supported by a large established regional team. You will be working on an exciting and diverse range of projects across the region. Your duties as a Building Surveyor will include a whole host of professional and project Building Consultancy services including surveys, project monitoring, schedules of condition and planned maintenance surveys. Clients range from private individuals through to regional and national.
Whilst there is a healthy pipeline of work already in place, some business development is expected to help build your own network and future workload. Management responsibilities are also available for the right candidate, if of interest. Whilst this is a permanent position, they will consider someone part time too and offer flexible working arrangements.
