Job Title: Building Surveyor

Job reference: 80914

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Lancashire to recruit for a Building Surveyor on a six month temporary ongoing contract.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Building Surveyor.

The duties will include:

  • Surveys on tenanted social housing stock
  • Damp, Mould & Condensation reports
  • Pre inspection surveys
  • Diagnose faults
  • Write up reports
  • Liaise with tenants

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Driving Licence & own transport
