A dynamic and expanding practice is on the lookout for a skilled Building Surveyor to become a pivotal part of their team, stationed in one of their five national offices located in Kent.

The Building Surveyor's role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is eager to dive into a variety of sectors, including education, residential (both social and private), local authority, and conservation.

The successful candidate will take charge of the project lifecycle, from its inception all the way through to completion and contract administration, on schemes valued up to £2M.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Progress towards gaining chartership, showcasing dedication to professional development.
  • Demonstratable project life cycle management.
  • A strong track record of working on relevant projects in both public and private sectors.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of their work.
