Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in the Tunbridge Wells area, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects within the social housing, retrofit, insurance and local authority sector. Completing a range of building surveying duties.

The Building Surveyor must be MRICS qualified or close to acquire qualification.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

  • Permanent Position
  • Job Title: Building Surveyor
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Reporting back to the Partners
  • Projects: social housing, retrofit, insurance and local authority - Site Travels As Required

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Must be MRICS qualified
  • Prior experience of residential projects
  • Based within commuting distance of the Tunbridge Wells
  • Must be happy to travel to sites across the South East and London
  • Must be looking for a long-term role

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £50k - £65k
  • Pension
  • Healthcare
  • 28 days holiday inc. Bank holiday + Christmas Shutdown
  • Holiday increases on loyalty
  • Working from home flexibility - 1 to 2 days in the office
