Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor

Bennett & Game are proud to represent a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join them in their rapidly growing Maidstone office. The Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work and specification writing.

• Job Type: Permanent
• Job Location: Maidstone
• Job Title: Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor
• Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
• Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
• Projects: residential, commercial, framework and fire safety
• Reporting to: Associate Director
• Working hours: Monday to Friday

Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side
• Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying
• Full driving licence
• To live within a commuting distance of Maidstone

Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
