Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of our Project & Programme Services team. Here's what you'll do:Technical Excellence: Conduct building, measured, and condition surveys. Ensure compliance with the latest building regulations and technical standards.Problem Solver: Analyse and report on building defects. Apply your technical knowledge to create effective solutions.Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams.Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail and sound judgement will shine through in your work.Flexible Approach: Adaptability is key. You'll work both collaboratively and independently, always striving for excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications: Working towards chartership or recently MRICS qualified as a Building Surveyor.Self-Motivated: Drive your own development. Commit to continuous learning and industry qualifications.Team Player: Collaborate effectively within diverse teams.Reports: Showcase your ability to write cogent and grammatical reports.
