Job Role: Building Services Engineer (Mobile)

Area: Southeast London

Salary: £35k - £40K

My client is looking for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team based in South East London. Maintaining and servicing across their clients’ sites.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer, with a strong background in maintenance and servicing.
  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
  • Knowledge of AC units, FCU’s and AHU’s,
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Updating the contract managers with relevant client or site information

Skills required:

  • Preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration.
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
