Building Services Engineer - Bristol

£38000-£44000 + Van + Bonus + Benefits

Leading Facilities Management company are expanding their services team and currently require Building Services Engineers in the Bristol area with a biased in Electrical, Mechanical or AC. Sites in the main be offices (landlord areas). Some retail sites are expected.

Overtime is offered and all work will be in the daytime. The call-out rota is 1 in 9 and work will include PPM, reactive and where needed installation. All applicants must be wiling to do a variety of work and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Experience required

  • 5+ years' experience as a Qualified or Approved Electrician, Plumber, Gas or AC Engineer
  • Industry recognised qualifications (Commercial)
  • Ability to work on a call-out rota and do overtime when needed
  • Full driving license
  • Desire to gain new qualifications and progress.

The Building Services Engineer will be provided with all the tools to carry out the work and the autonomy to adjust a day to maintain a healthy work/life balance. The successful Building Services Engineer must demonstrate a flexible approach to work, be willing to offer guidance to apprentices and have excellent communication skills as client contact is required.
