Information on the role

• Develop detailed Mechanical AND/OR Electrical MEP system designs for Commercial & Industrial properties using CAD; systems include HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire protection systems
• Conduct project estimates for said MEP projects
• Advocate for renewable energy solutions in the MEP designs
• Projects vary from between £50K - £2million in value
• Collaborate with Architects, Structural Engineers & stakeholders as to integrate systems seamlessly
• Monitor project costs & identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Engage with clients, understanding their needs & explaining the benefits of Renewable Energy incorporation

What we’d like from you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proven Mechanical or Electrical Design Experience & Estimation within MEP projects
• Experience working on projects varying between £50K - £2million
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
