Building Manager

The role

We are recruiting for an experienced Building Manager to manage a Residential development in Essex.

Monday - Friday. This is a full time permanent position paying up to £56k pa depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for the day to day running of the development
• Managing a large number of separate budgets
• Training the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhering to health and safety procedures ensuring top standards are continuously being met.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with residents.
• Liaising with contractors and external staff.

What are we looking for?

• Someone who has experience in a similar management role in Residential
• Experience in managing multiple budgets
• Previous team management experience
• Fantastic customer service skills.
