Description

This will be a FT working from Hounslow role - No WFH is permitted due to the nature of role

Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and Reactive)
have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
BMS System - Monitor
DALI Lighting - Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing Drivers
Emergency Lighting Checks/Tests
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
L8 (Temperature checks and TMV adjustments)
Plumbing - small repairs and unblocking toilets
Fire Alarm Checks/Tests
Pumps
Motors
UPS systems
Generators
Power Distribution
Boilers
PAT Testing
Calorifiers
Sprinkler Checks/Tests
General building fabric
Completing logbooks
Flushings
OOO shifts may be required (adhoc). will be discussed further on interview

The successful candidate must have;
at least 3 years in building services
City & Guilds in a trade - Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical/ HVAC
