Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.

The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential / commercial sector.

Building Control Surveyor Position Overview

  • Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition
  • Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates
  • Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties.
  • Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.

Building Control Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential/commercial sector
  • Fully registered or applied to be (Level 2F or 3G)
  • Degree qualified
  • Full or part qualified RICS or CABE

Building Control Surveyor Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
  • Car allowance
