Our client is a UK leading consultancy specialising in building sciences and sustainability services, are urgently seeking to recruit a Building Compliance Engineer in Air and Sound to cover London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements-
Commercial experience in precompletion testing

Up to knowledge and awareness of UK regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Driving license.

Duties-
Providing on-site analysis when tests fail.
Undertaking written remedial solutions.
Giving guidance at the design stage.
Writing technical reports.

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual, who is able to work their time scales. Effective management of workload in order to meet tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to confidently liaise between clients and other industry contacts.
This is a home base role, and our client is looking for an individual who has easy access to London and its surrounding counties.
