Broker Support Officer

Broker Support Officer will arrange care for vulnerable people in their own homes or in residential care, make referrals, maintain databases, be the first point of contact and help residents achieve meaningful progress.
- SALARY - £26,808 (plus PRP)
- CONTRACT - Permanent
- TYPE - Hybrid
- HOURS - Full-Time, 36 hours per week
- Performance Related Pay of up to 10% of salary
- A generous employers' pension contribution of 6.5%
- Flexible working arrangements between our Sutton office and home

The successful Broker Support Officer will be/have:
Strong administration skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
Knowledge of social care
Good knowledge of safeguarding and welfare benefits
Supported vulnerable adults before (desirable)
Provided support, advice and guidance in a complex environment
The desire to progress with our growing Company
