Would you like to join an award-winning Mortgage Broker as a Broker Support Manager?

This company is expanding their team due to increased workload and is on the lookout for a motivated and independent individual to drive the business forward  by providing telephone-based support for the existing brokers.

If you have experience in customer service, sales, or support roles, this could be the role you've been waiting for!

What you'll be doing: 
  • Calling new referrals and existing clients to make appointments for Mortgage and Protection Advisers
  • Liaising with introducer firms
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or estate agency 
  • Motivated to achieve targets
  • Great organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Assertive, with the ability to take charge of situation
