Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Annual Bonus (Based on individual and company performance)

Monday- Friday (no weekends)

Role Overview:
As a Bridging Underwriter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to providing a unique lending experience. You'll be responsible for underwriting cases to completion, ensuring each loan aligns with our dedication to personalized service. From initial enquiry to offer and beyond, you'll guide each borrower and introducer through the process with care and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite bridging loans with precision and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Credit Department to ensure seamless case completion and effective communication with clients, solicitors, and brokers.
• Seek guidance from senior team members to enhance your knowledge and understanding of underwriting practices.
• Embrace continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance working methods and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in underwriting short-term bridging loans, with a keen understanding of industry nuances.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
