BREEAM Assessor

This is the exciting opportunity for a BREEAM Assessor to join an up-and-coming sustainability consultancy based in London. The role will allow you to contribute to providing specialised services in BREEAM, Whole Life Carbon, and embodied carbon.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carry out BREEAM assessments on a range of projects and building types
  • Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
  • Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
  • Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering BREEAM Assessments from project conception to completion
  • Ideally a BREEAM Assessor qualification and previous experience within a BREEAM or sustainability consultancy role is essential
  • Relevant degree within an Environmental Science or Sustainability field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
