My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who provide the opportunity of joining an established team within a friendly environment. My client is looking for an ambitious BREEAM Assessor for their offices in Nottingham.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead on managing and delivering projects independently
  • Work alongside other members of the team on their BREEAM projects
  • Provide advice to design engineers on BREEAM requirements
  • Build and develop new client relationships, helping the client secure new projects and opportunities.

Requirements for the role include:

  • BREEAM Assessor certification with BREEAM AP qualification being a huge advantage
  • Relevant degree within a Sustainability or Engineering field, with relevant experience within a BREEAM Assessor role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with previous experience within a client facing role.
  • Experience with other environmental certifications such as WELL, LEED, DREAM.
  • Full UK driving license
