My client is providing the exciting opportunity for a BREEAM Assessor to join their multidiscipline consultancy in their Nottingham office. This opportunity allows you to work for one of the UK's largest consultancies to work across a range of projects across varied sectors.

BREEAM Assessor role responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with BREEAM projects
  • Helping Design Engineers meet BREEAM requirements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing sustainable solutions whilst securing new projects and opportunities
  • Managing your own projects

Role requirements for the BREEAM Assessor role include:

  • BREEAM Assessor qualified with a BREEAM AP certification being desirable
  • Relevant experience within a BREEAM assessor role
  • Knowledge and experience of environmental certifications such as WELL and LEED
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience within a client facing role
