If you’ve always wanted to work with a luxury brand, you can look no further than this international household name as they look to expand their team with a brand new role. The most important elements of this role? Print and project management experience. All combined with fabulous offices, hybrid working and a really lovely set of people to work with!

The role:

Our client is a specialist within the interiors sector and in this role you will support your manager with developing the corporate and commercial look and feel of all channels. You’ll manage all the agency relationships and crucially print suppliers, writing strong briefs to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget - does each campaign achieve it’s purpose and how much it is going to cost! You’ll need to be a bit of a plate spinner, as it’s highly unlikely you’ll only be managing one project at a time.

You’ll work very closely with the design team to showcase product features and benefits and develop a naming and descriptor strategy for product colections. You’ll develop and maintain the tone of voice guide and brand guidelines alongside the retained agencies. You’ll also be involved with developing and managing a marketing collateral plan which delivers tools to business units globally; this could include sample folders and brochures and will always be printed in multiple languages. Naturally you’ll project manage everything though from concept to final artwork stages and delivery, ensyuring all business processes are adhered to.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who has had at least 2-3 years experience within a similar role and it is absolutely essential that you have knowledge of the print process including talking to printers and understanding them. You may have been within a marketing or project management type role already (inhouse or agency considered) and you must be a brilliant multi-tasker, this is a busy job with big budgets where mistakes can be very costly so strong attention to detail skills are also absolutely vital. Experience of writing briefs is also really important.

This is a brand new role due to expansion, so it does offer progression and opportunity for the right person.

What’s on Offer?

Salary for the role is £34-36k, and the role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office. The role is based in Solihull, however you will be required to travel to other sites within the Midlands on a regular basis, and there may be opportunity to travel internationally, although this will be very occasional. You will need to have a full driving license to be considered for the role.
