Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for a Branch Manager to join their successful team in Walderslade.

This is a great opportunity to join an established agency that provides high earning potential, career growth and rewards / recognises its high performers. 

Ideally, this position would suit an individual already experinced as a Branch Manager, however, our client is open to those looking for the next step in their career. 

Working hours for the Branch Manager:

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

  • £22,000 – £25,000 basic
  • £50,000 OTE

Branch Manager requirements:

  • Highly experienced in property sales - ideally, previous experience as a Branch Manager 
  • Able to motivate a team and deliver targets 
  • Highly organized and able to manage a variety of workloads
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Key tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing the Branch Team
  • Setting KPI’s for the team
  • Undertaking team meetings
  • Help grow the business
  • Carrying out market appraisals
