Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking for an accomplished Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Sidcup area.

The successful individual must have a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions. As well as being committed to offering outstanding customer service.

They will also consider a strong Valuer looking to step up into a management position!

Working days:

As a Branch Manager, you will be required to work full-time

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience) 
  • Realistic OTE of up to £75,000!
  • Car allowance
  • Free parking
  • Full support from the Director

Requirements of a Branch Manager:

  • Proven track record of winning sales instructions
  • Sales-driven and 'get up and go' attitude
  • A proactive and positive approach to business generation
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
  • Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle

Key duties for the role of Branch Manager:

  • Leading by example
  • Assist generating market appraisals
  • Undertaking Market Appraisals
  • Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
