- A basic of up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Working hours:
As a Branch Manager, you will be required to work full-time including some Saturdays on a rota basis.
Key duties as a Branch Manager will include:
- Holding morning meetings to keep updated on team/ business stats and the days plan
- Setting team KPI’s
- Meeting/ exceeding business and personal KPI’s
- Providing support to the team via 1-2-1s and regular check-ins
- Wining business
- Listing properties
- Conducting Valuations
- Being the key contact for
- Keeping up-to-date with Market changes and legislations
- Ad-hoc duties
Branch Manager requirements:
- A full UK Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Have a target-driven, proactive and enthusiastic mindset
- Have industry experience as a Sales/ Branch Manager
- Excellent leadership skills
- A key team player
- An individual wanting to progress their Career to a Director levels
