Local Estate Agency looking an experienced Branch Manager to work in a full-time permanent position in Gateshead. Hours of work will be 8.45am to 5.00pm and will include working every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm with the time back in lieu.

Job

Duties of the post will include:

Managing a sales team.

Speaking with potential clients, promoting the agency, negotiating terms, arranging valuations

Marketing/advertising properties for sale

Dealing with buyers, discussing new properties, arranging viewings, showing buyers around properties

Negotiating sale prices

Arranging conveyancing

Experience

Estate Agency experience required.

Applicants must have excellent management, sales and negotiation skills; the ability to deliver an outstanding customer care experience and good IT skills.

Remuneration

Uncapped OTE approximately £35,000 per annum.
