Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday 9am-5pm (2 on, 1 off)

Diamond Search Recruitment are honoured to be representing a trusted and well-established Estate Agency Group, based in the Southeast who are recruiting for a Branch Manager in the Bearsted area.

The Job

  • Managing your own business, focusing on profitability and business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new leads to enhance performance.
  • Motivating, inspiring, and overseeing your team, conducting morning meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Successfully listing a targeted number of properties, guiding vendors to sell their homes at optimal prices with outstanding service and support.
  • Staying informed about current market conditions and becoming recognized as a local market expert.
  • Collaborating closely with your team, sharing newly acquired properties and devising effective strategies to connect potential buyers.

The Person

  • Valid Driving License
  • Proven track record of translating valuations into successful listings and sales.
  • Embraces a hands-on approach
  • Possesses ambition and self-motivation, thriving in high-pressure environments.
  • Genuinely cares about people and takes pleasure in assisting them on their journey towards finding their dream home.
