We are recruiting for a Branch Manager for a national motor factor for their Harrogate branch.

The company will offer you a competitive salary of c£32,000 and an uncapped bonus based on the achievement of the branch budget.

You will lead, manage & motivate the branch team to ensure an optimum performance of all team members and a superior level of service is provided to our customers at all times.

A passion for sales and the ability to maximise on all opportunities is key. High focus and dedication are certainly required but meeting and surpassing branch targets are very well rewarded.

You will currently be working as a Branch Manager or an Assistant Manager within the motor industry, ideally within a motor factor.

You will enjoy leading by example, developing others and ensuring the team is focused on it's strategy.

You will be confident speaking about car parts and enjoy researching, pricing, and selling them.

You will enjoy speaking with independent garage owners and technicians.
