Our client is an established recruitment company with a busy branch located in LS27. With a multi-million-pound turnover, the business has grown to become a well-known brand within the recruitment marketplace as a provider of honest service with an emphasis on customer service and delivery. They operate across multiple sectors including technical, industrial and skilled. They have good business levels, loyal clients and a hands-on team of recruiters.

They are looking for a Branch Manager who can lead, develop and motivate the team, with support. They always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and have a strong fulfilment track record. As the manager, you will be tasked with leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This is going to be a hectic, hands-on role. You will take control of your own P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver the budget set. The position will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.

This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a very Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role. You will be a natural business developer with a passion for leadership.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary, a car allowance and a package to include commission.

Previous recruitment industry experience is essential.
