My well-established and respected client has a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager to join their team.

Along with this comes an excellent package for the successful Branch Manager:

  • A basic of up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)
  • OTE £50,000+

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you will be required to work full-time including some Saturdays on a rota basis.

Key duties as a Branch Manager will include:

  • Holding morning meetings to keep updated on team/ business stats and the days plan
  • Setting team KPI’s
  • Meeting/ exceeding business and personal KPI’s
  • Providing support to the team via 1-2-1s and regular check-ins
  • Wining business
  • Listing properties
  • Conducting Valuations
  • Being the key contact for
  • Keeping up-to-date with Market changes and legislations
  • Ad-hoc duties

Branch Manager requirements:

  • A full UK Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Have a target-driven, proactive and enthusiastic mindset
  • Have industry experience as a Sales/ Branch Manager
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • A key team player
  • An individual wanting to progress their Career to a Director levels
