Location: Bristol

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus, circa £5,000 - £10,000

The role of the Branch Manager - Windows & Doors will involve:

• Branch Manager position managing a branch selling a range of uPVC windows and doors, alongside a range plastic building products such as: rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
• Working within stock level guidelines, whilst managing the budget and the allocation of funds
• Increasing sales whilst maintaining existing customer base
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
• Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel
• Liaise regularly with the Regional Manager offering support where required

The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager - Windows & Doors with:

• Must be currently managing a branch/trade counter with a turnover of at least £1m-£1.5m
• Must have experience within the uPVC windows & doors industry
• Would consider wider building plastics dependent on experience
• Must have a strong sales background
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally
• Good understanding of H&S practices
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
• Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
