Location: North Manchester

Remuneration: £38,000 - £43,000 + Annual discretionary bonus

Benefits: Company car or £5,000 car allowance, 25 days annual leave + statutory, Pension

The role of the Branch Manager - Ventilation Systems will involve:

• Branch Manager position supplying a range of manufactured bespoke ventilation systems
• Predominantly you will be dealing with M&E consultants and contractors
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
• Manage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year
• Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase sales
• Liaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & payments
• Travel may be required to meet customers & suppliers until field sales team is set up

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager - Ventilation Systems with:

• Must have 5-6 + years’ experience with ductwork ventilation systems
• Must have people management experience with a small team
• Would consider a sales manager looking to run a branch or an assistant branch manager looking to step up
• Proven experience of dealing with M&E consultants and contractors would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Determined, enthusiastic with a structured background (no jobs hoppers)
• Must have strong IT skills
