Job Description:



I am working with a fantastic client, they are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Branch Manager, within a lender. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service, and that the branch meets its sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.

• Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, and meet or exceed branch sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.

• Manage and motivate a team of branch staff, and provide coaching and training as required.

• Ensure that the branch complies with all regulatory requirements, and that all policies and procedures are followed.
