Branch Manager - Industrial Electrical Wholesale

Role Responsibilities

The business is looking for an ambitious, outgoing and proactive Branch Manager to run their location in Tewkesbury. You should be an experienced salesperson or manager from an industrial products or electrical wholesale background with a strong ability to capitalise on opportunities to maximise profitability.

As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers
• Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
• Drive sales growth and company performance
• Be at the forefront of representing and growing your business
