As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Chertsey office's operations, maintaining its upward trajectory in the market. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a relentless focus on client satisfaction.
Your primary duties will include:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base. Utilise your extensive network and market knowledge to attract prospective clients and secure listings.
- Property Valuation: Conduct accurate and thorough property valuations, providing clients with comprehensive insights and guidance. Your expertise in property valuation will be crucial in establishing the agency's credibility and competitiveness in the market.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets and client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver personalised solutions. Uphold the agency's reputation for exceptional customer service and integrity in all interactions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient office operations, implementing best practices and procedures to streamline workflows and optimise productivity. Oversee administrative tasks, financial management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive Background in Agency: Demonstrable experience in the industry, with a solid understanding of agency operations and market dynamics.
- Proven Track Record in Business Development: A successful history of winning new business and expanding market share, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Property Valuation Expertise: Proficiency in property valuation techniques and methodologies, supported by a track record of accurate and insightful valuations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire loyalty, trust, and commitment among team members.
- Staying Power: Minimum of 5 years of experience at valuer level with the same employer, demonstrating loyalty and stability in a challenging market environment.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Chertsey market, including current trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent Communication: Superior communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
