We are currently recruiting a Branch Apprentice to join us on a flexible hours basis within our City Plumbing business to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations.  Join us as a Branch Apprentice and earn a competitive salary whilst training for a nationally recognised qualification.  No experience is necessary to be a Branch Apprentice, as long as you get a buzz from providing the best customer service, are able to guide customer choices and enhance sales.  If this sounds like you, then the Branch Apprentice role could open up a world of opportunity!
You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs
The role:
As a Branch Apprentice, you’ll act as a first point of contact for our customers, building rapport with them and encouraging repeat business. You’ll be the go-to person for all customer's needs whilst naturally promoting and embracing our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way! 
You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs.  We know that work shouldn't get in the way of life, so where possible, hours and shifts will be agreed with you with plenty of notice so that you know exactly what you are doing and when!
Key Responsibilities:

Attracting and securing new customers and business
Ensuring we maintain high standards, creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first class service
Assisting with the general duties within the branch
Getting involved in all Branch activities, gaining exposure and supporting all areas of branch business
Contributing towards the branch sales targets 

You:
There’s no need for any previous experience as our Specialist to the Trade Certificate (a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship) will arm you with everything you need to know about our business and the products we sell. We’re looking for individuals with the potential to build a long lasting career within our business, who are as committed as we are about delivering outstanding service to our customers. We are looking for our leaders of the future and our experts of tomorrow. To be successful on our Apprenticeship Programme, you will:

Be a problem solver, able to build trust and strong working relationships

Be prepared to work hard and commit to our apprenticeship programme to build your knowledge and skills

This role will require you to take on some driving responsibilities as and when required within the Branch. This will require all applicants to be aged 18 or over and hold a full, clean UK driving license.
