Regional Branch Administrator - £24,960

My client is a rapidly growing company in the Fire Safety Industry. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in the Regional Branch Office. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Service Managers, Projects Managers and Branch Manager in supporting them to review and action all administration processes.

Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls and logging any work that needs to be scheduled as a result of a call out.
- Support the managers in updating the Field Service Engineers schedules due to any last minute changes (sickness, emergency callouts etc.)
- Contact customers to book in any follow on works.
- Check planned works progress and raise invoices.
- Help chase any outstanding payments.

You must have good time management skills, the ability to prioritise and make decisions, have good IT skills
